1. Digital Services & Subscriptions (No Refunds)

All subscription fees for access to our software platform are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. This applies to:

Monthly subscriptions Annual subscriptions Promotional or discounted plans

Because our services provide immediate access to digital software, tools, and systems, we do not offer refunds for:

Partial use of services Unused time Downgrades Early cancellations

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle No further charges will be made after the cycle ends No refunds are issued for the active billing period

3. Setup, Onboarding & One-Time Fees

All one-time fees, including but not limited to:

are non-refundable once work has begun, as these services require time, labor, and system resources.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

Duplicate charges Billing errors Unauthorized transactions

Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.

5. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is offered, customers are responsible for canceling before the trial period ends.

Charges incurred after a trial converts to a paid plan are non-refundable.

6. International Customers & Currency

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

International customers are responsible for:
